TOUGHKids-NJ at Cheesequake State Park

ALL MUST ENTER THE PARK NO LATER THAN 7:15AM. Roads will be closed with NO ACCESS
All participants will go in the age group event according to their age on 12/31/2017(USAT RULES)
First event starts 7:30 AM (11-14 year olds)

11-14 year olds Swim 200 yards, Bike 5 miles, Run 1 mile
7-10 year olds Swim 100 yards, Bike 2.5 miles, Run 0.5 mile
4-6 year olds Swim/Run 20yrds, Bike 1 mile, Run 100yrds 1 helper allowed.
