Hello everyone, it's about that time to start racing!!! Thank you very much for supporting Valor Supplements and the Troopers United Foundation. It's going to be an exciting event and I'm thrilled to have you. Please take a few minutes and read the important information below.

Day of race registration will be available for your friends that haven't registered yet. All registrations will be done online. Bib pick up starts at 8 AM, please get there early. Report with your bib number. Registration will close at 9:45 AM.
There will be no post race ceremony or awards. Medals will be given out to the first 200 participants as you finish. If you would like a participation certificate please advise.
A post race celebration will take place at The Sawmill at 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Anyone wearing your VALOR 5K shirt or race bib will be included for drink specials. Music provided by The NED RYERSON BAND.

0800 registration opens for bib pick up

0930 fun run (1 mile)

0950 pre race ceremony honoring the fallen

1000 5K begins

1100 Sawmill
