Event Distances

• Sprint Triathlon & Relay: 250 Meter Swim (Water Slide Start), 10 Mile Bike, 5K Run

• Kids Splash and Dash- AGES 7-12 (pool depth is approximately 5 ft deep), 50 meter Swim, 1/2 Mile Run

Field Limit

• 250 Swimmers per event

Race Schedule

• Check In: 5:30 AM-6:30 AM

• Transition closes: 6:30 AM

• Announcements: 6:45 AM

• Race Briefing: 6:55 AM

• Swim Waves Start Time: 7:00 AM
