This 5K road course goes through the heart of horse country and past a 300 year old grist mill in Cream Ridge NJ. It features rolling hills and beautiful scenery. 

New for this year is a two person relay with each teammate running 1.5 miles. If you always wanted to experience the fun of a 5k but didn’t think you could run three miles, get a partner and give it a try.

  Snacks, water, music and awards for age groups from under 14 to 70+ in 10 year increments.

Awards for the relay include M/M, F/F, M/F, P/C and C/C.

Tee shirts provided for all pre-registered entrants.

There is a 1 mile fun run that starts at 9am and the 5K starts at 10am.
